Architectural Requests

LeaBrooke Master Homes Association requires residents to submit an architectural request form and receive approval before making any changes to the exterior of their home. 

 

Also, approval, when all information has been received, may take up to 35 days. Important: you must submit a plot plan of your lot depicting area of the improvement or placement of the items.  Plot plans generally can be obtained with your closing documents.
