We are so pleased you’ve chosen to live with us in the LeaBrooke neighborhood!   We hope that your move has gone smoothly and that this will be your home for a very long time. We are proud of the LeaBrooke Subdivision and wanted you to know that we work hard to make it a desirable place to live here in Leawood. 

 

LeaBrooke Master Homes Association offers a unique living opportunity ranging from Single Family homes, Villa’s living (where mowing and snow removal are provided), and townhome living (where landscaping, snow removal and some covenant defined exterior maintenance is provided).  This allows for a broad style of living choices within blocks of each other in the beautiful community LeaBrooke in Leawood, Kansas.   

 

The LeaBrooke Master Association Board is comprised of LeaBrooke residents from the Single-Family homes, the Villas, Town Manors and in the very near future, the new Villa’s II section.  The LeaBrooke Master Association Board residents are elected for a two-year term and volunteer their time and energy to manage the Master Homeowners Association for their fellow residents.  Town Manors is a part of the Master association; however, Town Manors is a separate incorporated entity from the Master association.
